Refund eligibility is considered only if all the following conditions are met:
- Completion of the minimum recommended 90-day course
- Continuous purchase to complete the course
- Usage and diet guidance followed as shared on WhatsApp
- Regular progress updates shared every 10–15 days
- No observable improvement after completing the full course
Any visible improvement in weight, appetite, strength, or measurements is considered effectiveness
- Weight reduction after discontinuing the product is not considered product failure
- Refund requests without guidance follow-up are not eligible
